LYRANA RETURN POLICY — PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; SHIPPING COSTS APPLY.
Shipping & Delivery Times We ship all orders internationally from our warehouse in Asia. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package at all times.
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all original parts and components and the packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Normal use of the product must be evident; breakage due to improper use or negligence is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is essential must have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
- The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the conditions listed above, you will need to follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@lyrana.store
- Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photos of the product in case of damage/breakage
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you to provide the return address. Never send the return to the original sender's address; we will send you the correct address after your request. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision, provided they are a natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:
Right of cancellation The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), received or accepted the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery; consequently, no refund is possible before receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform LYRANA of your decision through a clear statement (for example, via email). The withdrawal is considered complete once the goods have been received. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Transit shipping registration As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then proceed with the return. You are of course welcome to inform us in advance of your wish to cancel the order. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (and additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of the withdrawal and receipt of the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
